Where do you ship? We ship worldwide. For our shipping methods and delivery times please refer to this page.

What are the shipment options for Cyprus and Europe? All domestic orders (within Cyprus) are sent via domestic courier and take 1-2 business days to arrive. For shipments within Europe we offer two options: TNT Standard and DHL Next Day Express Saver. We recommend DHL as this delivery service provider is the quickest and most reliable.

What is the expected shipment time for an order? We process your orders during working days only (Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM). Shipment is provided through the services of DHL and TNT. The shipment time will depend upon the service provider you choose. Within Europe and with TNT, the delivery times vary upon 5–7 working days. Within Europe and with DHL you can expect to receive your order within 1 business day. For international orders, shipments are dealt with TNT and take 7–10 business days.

How do I know that my order has been shipped? You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

What payment methods do you offer? At the moment, we only accept payments via PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal. Simply checkout as Guest. For assistance, drop us an email.

Are out-of-stock items restocked? If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.

Can I cancel my order? The treatment of your order is a priority for us. If your order is already being processed by our logistic we won't be able to make any change or to cancel it. Please contact our customer service to check the status of your order.

Can I exchange an item? If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our returns policy.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item? If you receive an item you don’t order, please contact our customer service. We are here to provide assistance 24/7.

Where are your products made? We design our clothes in house and manufacture in India in collaboration with artisans.
